Shipping policy

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the fabrication & processing of all orders. Shipping times do not include manufacturing & processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx, dependant on the customer's preference. Once the order has shipped, the courier is responsible for delivery.  Black Adept has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility. 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including the return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claims with USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address.  We will do our utmost to assist our customers with their claims by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
