We guarantee our jewelry to withstand typical wear & provide complimentary repairs in the event of material failure. The nature of our customized work means that returns & exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you are unsure about sizing or would like additional guidance when purchasing a customized item. We're always happy to help & want to ensure you receive jewels perfect for your occasion. Refunds may be considered in the event of a manufacturing error or incorrect sizing. Regarding ring resizing, a fee may be incurred depending on the material, style, & new size of the ring. Our armillary rings often have to be rebuilt & re-engraved when sizing, so it is important to determine your accurate ring size before ordering. All other adjustments & modifications are dependent on additional labor, material, & shipping fees.
To inquire about a return, you can contact us at blackadeptsales@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
